Joe Carna elected FBLA Region 2 President

Joe Carna, a Sophomore at Neshannock Jr/Sr High School, has been elected by his peers as the 2016-17 Region 2 President of Pennsylvania FBLA during the Region 2 Leadership Conference held at the Park Inn, West Middlesex. Joe has been a member of the Neshannock Chapter of PA FBLA for two years and currently serves as our Chapter Secretary. He qualified and attended the PA FBLA State Leadership Conference in Hershey last year in Public Speaking 1 and will attend this year’s State Conference in April as the Region 2 President. While in Hershey, Joe will participate in the Parade of Presidents and the Region Officers Academy, as well as participation in other leadership workshops, presentations, and the State Business Meeting.
