Neshannock Township School District has been recognized for excellence among schools in Pennsylvania by Niche, a national ranking and review website. Niche grades schools by their safety, academics, sports, and diversity. In the recently announced Best of 2021 School Districts report, NTSD is ranked 113 out of almost 500 schools in Pennsylvania.
When learning of this recognition from The New Castle News, Dr. Meehan, Superintendent, was not entirely surprised, but quite pleased. Dr. Meehan told the reporter, “It is a great honor to be recognized for excellence. The credit goes to the students and families who work hard and take their learning experience seriously along with the teachers and staff who consistently help students grow academically. The tradition of excellence is validated through alumni accomplishments over the past 60 years.”
Dr. Meehan, as well as the entire faculty and staff at NTSD, take great pride in being recognized for excellence.
