The Team Emma Forever Foundation will be hosting their annual 5K Run/Walk this August. Proceeds will benefit the Team Emma Forever Memorial Foundation scholarship fund. The fund was created after Emma Weatherby’s Class of 2017 classmates decided to host an annual 5k event in her memory.
Scholarships are given annually to Lawrence County graduating seniors going into the field of education as Emma loved working with children and had dreams of one day being teacher.
This year’s Team Emma Forever Memorial 5K Run/Walk will be held, on Saturday, August 7, 2021, on the Neshannock Township School District campus.
