Please join us for the annual Homecoming Parade and Football Game!

A parade from the front of Neshannock High School to the Bob Bleggi Football Stadium will begin at 6:20 pm. The parade will include all Homecoming Attendants, Queen Candidates, Flower Girl, Crown Bearer, Lancer Marching Band, Auxiliary, Lancerettes, and Cheerleaders!  It is also Alumni Night!  Be sure to visit the Alumni Tent inside the stadium.

The Homecoming Ceremony will take place during halftime of the football game. The queen will be crowned by Student Government Vice President, Grayson Feury, son of Rick and Emily Feury. Joining Grayson will be flower girl, Lily Seyler, and crown bearer, Luke Seyler, children of Corey and Ashley Seyler.

NHS Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors are then invited to attend the Homecoming Dance on Saturday, September 28, 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm, at the Crane Room Loft and Terrace Room.  It is sure to be a weekend to remember for our students.

Meet the Homecoming Court

Senior Queen Candidates

Miley Anderson is the daughter of Joe and Jennie Anderson. Her activities include varsity softball and track and field teams. Miley was a WPIAL qualifier in the 100m Dash and a member of the 2023 and 2024 WPIAL and 2024 PIAA State Champion varsity softball team. She is also a member of Club Hope and a volunteer softball coach for the NAA. Miley is a member of the Ohio Outlaws Premier Travel Softball Team. Upon graduation, Miley plans to attend Kent State University where she will continue her softball career while pursuing a degree in sports management. Miley’s escort for the evening is Jackson Latta. He is the son of Kurt and Jocelyn Latta. Miley’s convertible is provided by Kevin and Gabby Preston.

Carmella Bautti is the daughter of Frank and Gina Bautti. Her activities include varsity cheer, varsity competitive cheer, National Honor Society, FBLA, and Mock Trial. Carmella is a two-time State Champion earning PIAA gold in 2022 and 2023, as well as WPIAL gold in 2024, with the varsity competitive spirit team. Carmella serves as a teacher’s assistant and third grade cheer coach. She has also volunteered as a Layups for Lucy committee member. Upon graduation, Carmella plans to attend a four-year university to pursue a graduate degree in speech-language pathology. Carmella’s escort for the evening is Brendan Burns. He is the son of Brian and Debbie Burns. Carmella’s convertible is provided by Joe and Donna Smarrelli.

Gabrielle Quinn is the daughter of Chad and Denise Quinn. Her activities include varsity softball, FBLA, National Honor Society, Club Hope, Teacher’s Assistant, and Mock Trial. Gabby is a three-time WPIAL Champion, earning gold in 2022, 2023, and 2024, as well as a two-Time PIAA State Champion, earning gold in 2022 and 2024 with the Neshannock Varsity Softball Team. She also plays travel softball for the Ohio Outlaws Organization. Gabby is a volunteer for the Miracle League Softball Event and a volunteer assistant for the NAA 6U through 10U youth softball teams. Upon graduation, Gabby plans to continue her academic and athletic career at Kent State University, where she will play Division 1 Softball and major in Exercise Science. Gabby’s escort for the evening is Finn Haggerty. He is the son of Deean Haggerty and Nikki Haggerty. Gabrielle’s convertible is provided by Preston Mazda.

Sophia Stroia is the daughter of Matthew and Andrea Stroia. Her activities include Club Hope, FBLA, Ski Club, Model UN, Mock Trial and Community Art Club. Sophia has served as a United States Senate Page and currently works in sales at One Enchanted Evening. Upon graduation, Sophia plans on attending a four-year university to pursue a major in business marketing with hopes of continuing on to law school. Sophia’s escort for the evening is Matthew Sopko. He is the son of Mr. Michael and Dr. Kelly Palumbo-Sopko. Sophia’s convertible is provided by Dr. Joseph and Mrs. Courtney Noga.

Sophia Tinstman is the daughter of Evan and Chrystal Tinstman. Her activities include Club Hope, Student Government, National Honor Society, FBLA, and Mock Trial. Sophia is the President of the Class of 2025. She has been a competitive dancer at Jennifer Leigh’s Dance Gallery for sixteen years and has competed and placed top five at the national level. She is also an instructor at her studio. Upon graduation, Sophia hopes to attend The Ohio State University to pursue a double major in Elementary Education and Special Education. Sophia’s escort for the evening is Jake Rynd. He is the son of Shawn and Jeanine Rynd. Sophia’s convertible is provided by Luna AutoBody.

Junior Attendants

Julianne Kwiat is the daughter of David and Bethany Kwiat. Her activities include National Honor Society, FBLA, Club Hope, and Student Government. She has also served as a member of the Layups for Lucy committee. Julianne is a level ten gymnast with Off Limits Gymnastics and has competed at the state, regional, and national levels. She is also a gymnastics coach for the Off Limits Twinkling Stars. Julianne’s escort for the evening is Cole Hutchison. He is the son of Ryan and Wendy Hutchison. Julianne’s convertible is provided by Les and Laura Meiter.

Nina Medure is the daughter of Jim and Erin Medure. Her activities include varsity volleyball, varsity basketball, National Honor Society, FBLA, and Club Hope. She has also served as a member of the Layups for Lucy committee. Nina’s escort for the evening is David Kwiat. He is the son of David and Bethany Kwiat. Nina’s convertible is provided by Ben and Briana Huffman.

 

Jaclyn Morrone is the daughter of Adam and Julie Morrone. Her activities include tennis, cheer, FBLA, National Honor Society, Student Government, Club Hope, Extreme Leadership, Layups for Lucy, Superintendent’s Advisory Council, and spring musicals. Jaclyn is the Vice President of the Class of 2026. Jaclyn’s escort for the evening is Phillip Jimm. He is the son of David and Adriana Jimm. Jaclyn’s convertible is provided by Joe and Donna Smarrelli.

Sophomore Attendants

Ainsley Allison is the daughter of Matthew and Jill Allison. Her activities include varsity volleyball, varsity basketball, and varsity track and field. She is a member of FBLA, Student Government, and Club Hope. Ainsley has also served as a member of the Layups for Lucy committee. Ainsley’s escort for the evening is Kevin Gierlach. He is the son of Kevin and Stephanie Gierlach. Ainsley’s convertible is provided by Bob and Chrissy Neff.

Sophia Bonner is the daughter of Michael Bonner and Trisha Bonner. Her activities include varsity volleyball and varsity basketball. Sophia is a member of FBLA and Club Hope. She has also served as a member of the Layups for Lucy committee and ARI Foundation. Sophia’s escort for the evening is Luca Mezzanotte. He is the son of Mr. Thomas and Dr. Maria Mezzanotte. Sophia’s convertible is provided by Ben and Brianna Huffman.

Avery Calton is the daughter of Scott Calton and April Calton. Her activities include varsity tennis, Club Hope, and school musicals. Avery is also an active participant in musicals, plays, and singing events at the New Castle Playhouse. Avery’s escort for the evening is Anthony Bender. He is the son of Dr. Walter and Mrs. Sara Bender. Avery’s convertible is provided by Scott Calton.
