WPIAL GUIDELINES
Everyone in attendance must comply with the current and/or applicable MASK ORDER(S) at the time of the event. All such orders will be posted at the site.
ADMISSION:
- All tickets will be $10.00 per session (Session 1: 2A Teams, Session 2: 3A Teams)
- All tickets MUST be purchased ONLINE at: www.gofan.co/wpial
- No PHYSICAL tickets will be sold at the door.
- If arriving onsite without a ticket, patrons will be able to purchase tickets via their phone and credit card.
- Children Pre-K and under will be admitted FREE of charge.
SPECTATOR INFORMATION:
- Session 1: All 2A Teams & Awards – Begins at 9:30am, Doors open at 9:00am
- Session 2: All 3A Teams & Awards – Begins at 12:00pm, Doors open at 11:30am
- The Gym will be CLEARED of spectators between the 2 Sessions
- PRIORITY Seating will be provided for EACH PERFORMANCE. Spectators wishing to see their team perform will be escorted prior to each performance to the PRIORITY Seating Area to view the performance head-on.
- Spectators waiting for their team’s performance will be allowed to sit in the bleachers, but this seating will be a side-view of all performances.
- Priority Seating will allow spectators the ability to view their desired performance at the scheduled time WITHOUT waiting in the bleachers all day.
- Spectators will not be allowed on the Competition Mat during the Awards Ceremony.
- Minimal Concessions will be available throughout the day.
