Glow Golf and Back to School Bash

Neshannock Township Education Foundation is gearing up to host an incredible fundraising event this summer! Their inaugural Glow Golf and Back to School Bash will be held on August 4, 2018 at New Castle Country Club. Individuals will have the option to participate in a four-person, glow-in-the-dark scramble, dance the night away at the Back to School Bash, or BOTH!

Since its re-establishment in 2015, the Neshannock Township Education Foundation has diligently worked to meet its mission to enhance initiatives that support the educational advancements of the Neshannock Township School District and Lancer Community. NTEF is a component fund of the Community Foundation of Western PA and Eastern OH, a 501c3 public charity.

We live in a time where ensuring the safety of our children, teachers, administration and support staff in our schools is of the utmost importance. While there is no perfect solution to accomplish this goal, it is imperative that we do all that we possibly can. For this reason, proceeds from this fundraiser will benefit the enhancement of safety and security at Neshannock Schools, as well as the general mission of NTEF. Please consider helping the Education Foundation to meet their goal through your donations.

Event Details

Glow Golf:

Golfers must register as a four-person team. NCCC is limiting the glow golf course to a maximum of 12 teams (48 golfers). Register and pay to reserve your spot today!

$100 per golfer/$400 per team
Four-Person Scramble, Nine Holes
Golfers must be 21 or older
7:00pm Golfer Registration Opens
7:30pm Buffet Dinner
- BBQ Ribs and Fried Chicken
- Pasta with Sundried Tomato Cream Sauce
- Corn on the Cob, Baked Beans, and Scalloped Potatoes
- Mix Green Salad
- Cookies and Brownies
8:45pm Shotgun Start
Glow-in-the-Dark Flag Poles, Tee Markers, Golf Balls, etc.
Registration cost includes dinner for all team members, t-shirts for all team members, LED golf balls, cart, and entry to the “Back to School Bash” party.

Back to School Bash:

While the glow golfers are hitting the links on the course, the party inside will just be getting started as a live band takes to the stage! Jukebox Band will play your favorite hits and take your requests as they keep the glow party going on the New Castle Country Club patio! Glow golfers will join the party after they’ve completed the ninth hole!

$40 per person
7:30pm – 12:30am (Buffet Dinner at 7:30pm – Live Band at 8:30pm)
Attendees must be 21 or older

Sponsorship Opportunities: Deadline for Sponsorships is July 18, 2018.

To ensure your logo and/or name is recognized on the t-shirts, signs, banners, and website advertisements, we respectfully ask that all sponsorship payments are received no later than July 18, 2018. NTEF cannot guarantee recognition on signs, t-shirts, and banners for sponsorships received after July 18. Thank you!

Illuminate Sponsor: $2,500
- Title Sponsorship includes premier event signage, premier website advertisement, t-shirt design with corporate logo, one complimentary four-person “glow golf” team, complimentary dinner, a complimentary t-shirt for each player, and a reserved table at the “Back to School Bash” after party.
LED Golf Ball Sponsor: $1,500
- This sponsorship level includes corporate logo on all LED golf balls, premier event signage, premier website advertisement, t-shirt design with corporate logo, one complimentary four-person “glow golf” team, complimentary dinner, a complimentary t-shirt for each player, and a reserved table at the “Back to School Bash” after party.
Entertainment Sponsor: $500

Glow Sponsor: $300
- This sponsorship level includes event signage, website advertisement, t-shirt design with corporate name and/or family name, and one complimentary t-shirt.
Hole or Tee Sponsor: $150
