2019 Glow Golf and Back to School Bash Sponsors

Neshannock Township Education Foundation is gearing up to host an incredible fundraising event this summer! Their Second Annual Glow Golf and Back to School Bash will be held on August 3, 2019 at Avalon Field Club at New Castle (formerly known as New Castle Country Club). Individuals will have the option to participate in a four-person, glow-in-the-dark scramble, dance the night away at the Back to School Bash, or BOTH!
Since its re-establishment in 2015, Neshannock Township Education Foundation has diligently worked to meet its mission to enhance initiatives that support the educational advancements of the Neshannock Township School District and Lancer Community. NTEF has provided grants for several programs such as, Camp Invention, Spelling City, School-Wide Positive Behavioral Supports and Interventions, as well as numerous individual grants. The Foundation is also looking forward to once again hosting the Lawrence County Festival of Trees, this November, in collaboration with Lawrence County Community Action Partnership. NTEF is a component fund of the Community Foundation of Western PA and Eastern OH, a 501c3 public charity.

We hope for this fundraiser to continue on as an annual event for our friends, families, local businesses, and partners in education to enjoy for years to come!
EVENT DETAILS
Glow Golf:
Golfers must register as a four-person team. Avalon Field Club (NCCC) is limiting the glow golf course to a maximum of 12 teams (48 golfers). Register and pay to reserve your spot today!
- $100 per golfer/$400 per team
- Four-Person Scramble, Nine Holes
- Golfers must be 21 or older
- 7:30pm Golfer Registration Opens
- 8:30pm Shotgun Start
- Glow-in-the-Dark Flag Poles, Tee Markers, Golf Balls, etc.
- Registration cost includes complimentary hors d’oeuvres for all team members, t-shirts for all team members, LED golf balls, cart, and entry to the “Back to School Bash” party.

Back to School Bash:
While the glow golfers are hitting the links on the course, the party inside will just be getting started as a live band takes to the stage! Jukebox Band will play your favorite hits and take your requests as they keep the glow party going on the patio! Glow golfers will join the party after they’ve completed the ninth hole!

- 8:00pm – 12:30am (Live Band at 8:30pm)
- Attendees must be 21 or older

Sponsorship Opportunities: Deadline for Sponsorships is July 19, 2019.
To ensure your logo and/or name is recognized on the t-shirts, signs, banners, and website advertisements, we respectfully ask that all sponsorship payments are received no later than July 19, 2019. NTEF cannot guarantee recognition on signs, t-shirts, and banners for sponsorships received after July 19. Thank you!
